Return or Exchange / Refunds

If you decide within 14 days that you would like to return an item purchased from, please contact us first to let us know you would like to return the item.

Some products are excluded from our 14-day money back guarantee, please see details below.

Special order items: if a product isn't or wasn't listed at the, it would classify as a "special order item". We reserve the right to not accept returns for any special order item bought from If you would like to return a special order item please contact us first.

  • Colour coded parking sensors can't be returned or exchanged. However if you find that ECU, loom or sensor is faulty we will exchange the unit under the factory warranty.
  • The cost of colour coding service is not refundable.
  • Please not that once the item is installed we will not offer a money back guaranty, however we can exchange the item for you if the item is faulty.
  • Cruise control units come with 2 years factory warranty. Once the unit is installed, we will not offer any refund or exchange. If you find that the unit is faulty you will need to take the vehicle to your dealership and they will replace the unit under the factory warranty. Please contact us for more information how to get the unit replaced.

Condition of Return

All Returned orders must be in New condition with the original packaging / box & you should exercise reasonable care with the order whilst its in your possession, they must be returned to us within a reasonable time (which we define as 14 days) from your notification of return, as we only have 45 days from transaction date to cancel the sale via eBay & issue a refund via PayPal.

Full Refunds will only be given when the above conditions have been meet or when an exchange is not-applicable or not possible, such as one-off clearance items. Delivery cost and 3% surcharge will not be refunded.

For DOA (Dead on Arrival) / Damaged in Transit orders, an exchange will be issued for the same item, if this is not possible a full refund will be issued.


Unit Faults: must be returned in as new conditions with all accessories, packing and access codes.

Accessories Faults: you must only return the faulty accessories and NOT the whole unit.

Missing parts: If there are missing parts from the purchase the customer should contact the us direct using the standard customer service/returns number. We would be able to confirm exactly which part is missing and get a new part sent direct to the customer.


Items with N.F.F. (no fault found) will incur a 3% surcharge and delivery charge.

Item(s) Undelivered

If for any reason any item(s) are returned to us by the postal company i.e. Royal Mail & you wish to have the item re-delivered the postage cost will have to be re-paid.
